Fox Robotics Closes $9M Series A Funding October 20, 2020
Fox has raised a $9M Series A round with Menlo Ventures leading. Read more about the investment here.
Since our first pilot last October customer demand has consistently outstripped our production capacity. These funds will allow us to grow our engineering, production and customer support teams so we can deliver more robots more quickly while keeping them and our customers happy and productive.
For those just joining the program: Fox builds self-driving forklifts using modern AI and robotics to automate new use cases, such as trailer unloading. Our forklifts multiply worker productivity by 2-4x.
Our robots are among the most capable and flexible of all warehouse robots. But what really sets Fox apart is our team, who are also among the best, from our engineers to our technicians to our data labelers to our operations staff. We welcome Mark Siegel, from Menlo Ventures, to that team as a board member and are excited to continue growing.
Thank you to our new investor Menlo, our existing investors (Eniac, La Famiglia, SignalFire, Congruent, AME and Joe), and our customers. We are lucky to work on such cool problems and grateful to all who’ve contributed to our success so far.
