A technology executive with over 29 years of experience, Marin Tchakarov leads Fox Robotics in developing intelligent automated solutions that drive productive, efficient, and safe warehouse operations. As CEO, Marin remains focused on expanding the company’s reach, drawing on his successful track record in growing operations and sales at leading tech firms including KPMG, Oracle, Jawbone, Pebble Tech and Kindred AI, among others. Prior to joining Fox Robotics, Marin was instrumental in FitBit’s acquisition of Pebble Tech, and he led the acquisition of Kindred AI, an innovator of AI-powered robots used for fulfillment, by global technology leader Ocado Group. Marin combines expertise in business and product strategy with his deep knowledge of supply chain, fulfillment, and next-generation robotics to steer the company’s vision of a world in which robots and humans collaborate to make life better.

Peter Anderson-Sprecher, Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
The co-founder of Fox Robotics, Peter Anderson-Sprecher has been leading teams, projects, and product development for over 15 years in the software, artificial intelligence, and automation fields. As founding CTO, Peter assembled a world-class team of engineers and was the chief architect and inventor for the FoxBot, the world’s first infrastructure-free intelligent autonomous trailer unloading forklift. Peter also served as interim CEO in 2022, leading the company in securing $24 million in an oversubscribed series A-1 financing round. Now, as CTO, he is guiding the future strategic direction of the core technology to expand on this success and solidify Fox as the innovation leader in the space. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with an M.S. in Robotics, Peter worked on the rapid prototyping of autonomous systems at Google Robotics and led autonomous navigation teams for mobile robotics at X – The Moonshot Factory before founding Fox Robotics.
